Stucco doesn't stay clean on the Gulf Coast. Mildew shadows the wall by the downspouts, algae greens up the north side, and the soffit and fascia collect a film you stop noticing until it's everywhere. It builds slowly, which is why the before photo always surprises people.

What it doesn't cover: the inside of your gutters, which is its own clean out service, and the driveway, which is a high pressure job on its own. If you want those handled in the same visit, say so when you call and it all goes on one quote.

Why 900 to 1200 PSI Is the Right Number
A pressure washer at full tilt runs 3000 to 4000 PSI. That's for concrete and pavers, and concrete is the only place we point it. Your walls get 900 to 1200 PSI. Enough to lift the algae, gentle enough to leave the surface alone.
That difference is what protects the house. Paint stays put. Window screens stay whole. Water stays out of the walls instead of being driven behind the siding, into the soffit vents, or up under stucco cracks nobody knew were there. The growth comes off because the mix killed it, not because the wall got blasted.
Dilution Is the Solution
Everything that washes off a wall ends up in the beds below it. That's just gravity. A strong mix left sitting in the landscaping burns the hedge, and losing plants is the fear that stops most people booking a wash in the first place.
So the job doesn't end at the wall. The rinse and dilution is the most important part of the work, and the chemical gets diluted down so far it stops acting on anything. Dilution is the solution. Your side of it: if you have irrigation around the house, run it before we arrive and for at least a week to 10 days after we leave, so nothing dies at the root.

The North Side Problem
Growth on a Florida house isn't random. The north side gets the least sun, holds moisture longest, and greens up first. Shaded runs under oaks go next. By the time the sunny side shows anything, the shady side has been feeding it for a year.
A wash resets the whole exterior at once. Results typically stay clean about a year. Shade brings it back faster, open sun holds it off longer, and when the walls start to shadow up again, you'll know it's time.
Wash It Before You Paint It, or Sell It
One customer had us wash a house he was flipping, and it came up looking close to new. He skipped the repaint he had been budgeting for. That's the honest first step before painting: wash it, then look at it. Plenty of dirty houses turn out to be clean houses wearing ten years of mildew.

Will washing strip my paint or force water behind the siding?
No. The house gets 900 to 1200 PSI, a fraction of what a pressure washer can put out. That's enough to rinse off growth the mix has already killed, and not enough to strip paint, crack stucco or drive water in behind the siding. Full pressure stays on concrete, where it belongs.
